According to Mike McGraw of the Daily Herald, the Chicago Bulls may be targeting C Anthony Tolliver, currently under contract with the Minnesota Timberwovles. Tolliver, McGraw suggests, could ultimately fit in a trade that would send SG Kyle Korver to Minnesota.
The 27-year-old Tolliver has played parts of six seasons in the NBA, despite entering the league undrafted, and has been playing for the Wolves for two consecutive seasons now. In the 2009-2010 and 2010-11 seasons, he played significant time with both the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota, but in 2011-12, his playing time reduced as did his effectiveness.
According to his player efficiency rating, Tolliver had his worst numbers of the last three seasons in 2011-12, posting an 8.23 APER to go with 8.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per 36 minutes.
