Universal Independent Wrestling was in Buchanan, GA on August 18th. Results: Drew Adler defeated Billy Knight. Awesome TC (w/"Awesome" Brandon McClure) defeated The Russian Assassin. Stupid (w/Tweety) defeated Leon McMichaels to retain the UIW Internet championship. Frankie Valentine defeated Brian Alexander. The So Fine Mafia (Brad Lynch & "Epic" Grant Mitchell) defeated The Gym Class Heroes (Jimmy the Kid & Eric Mayne), The BFF's ("Marvelous" Michael Stevens & "Adorable" Anthony Andrews) and Zac Edwards & Shane Curtis in a 4 way elimination match. UIW Heavyweight champion Bull Buchanan defeated CJ Awesome. Drew Adler wins the Rumble at the Rec battle royal to become the #1 contender for the UIW US Heavyweight championship. Others in the match were Billy Knight, Awesome TC, The Russian Assassin, Stupid, Leon McMichaels, Frankie Valentine, Brad Lynch, "Epic" Grant Mitchell, Jimmy the Kid, Eric Mayne, "Marvelous" Michael Stevens, "Adorable" Anthony Andrews, Zac Edwards, Shane Curtis, CJ Awesome, Stunt Marshall, Master Jae, Stanley Summerville and Scott Spade.
