Cyber law: Is it legal to create a website pointing to other comercial ...

I have an idea of creating a page that will help foreigners living in Japan with dealing with a certain Japanese-only shopping site.

What I want to do is make a page in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French where you could surf through the menus, all on my site, with only the final selection of the whole menu leading to other website?s page. For example, if you are looking to see how much is Nintendo Wii, you would search through menues on my website like:

Electronics>Game Consoles>Nintendo (all this on my website) >Wii (other website?s page).

When the final selection?s link is pressed, it will take you to the other commercial website?s page and show the price and details, in Japanese, but at least a non-Japanese speaker will be able to reach that information.

Is this legal? Do I need to ask for their permission? Can I ask them for a piece of the revenue coming through my website? Can I be sued if I use a domain name that comprises their domain?

Please help?.
